Four Points Wellness is locally-owned and operated by Nurse Practitioner Kayme McIntosh, APRN, AGNP-C. With over 10 years of experience in healthcare Kayme, provides extensive knowledge in the management of acute and chronic conditions. She offers a unique approach which blends the science of traditional evidence-based medicine and scientifically proven natural and holistic treatments to get to the root of the problem causing illness and works toward full healing.
